An excellent bunding solution - the BF4S flooring unit can be used to store up to 4 x 205ltr drums or combined with other units to create a larger workstation. All our bund flooring is manufactured from polyethylene for broad range chemical compatibility and features a removable plastic grid to allow you to re-claim and clean-up liquids easily. An optional ramp for loading and unloading is available and if joining units together a joining strip cover will provide an excellent finish.

This 650mm long polyethylene ramp has been designed for bund floor units BF2, BF4 and BF4S to facilitate loading and unloading and features grip runners and raised sides for additional stability.

This 1740mm polyethylene ramp is ideal for use with bund floor units BF2, BF4 and BF4S to improve access to the sump floor. This ramp features grip runners and raised sides for additional stability.

This metal joining strip is purchased in multiples of 1.26m lengths and is used to cover the gap created when 2 or more poly sump floors are joined together. It is advised that you discuss your requirements with us prior to ordering.

These threaded connectors enable you to join the sumps of poly sump flooring together and allow any spilt liquid to flow from one sump to another. It is advised that you discuss your requirements with us prior to ordering.

A low profile 6-drum sump floor is only 150mm high moulded from medium-density polyethylene. The BF6 is comprised of 2 separate units, our BF4 & BF2, connected using our joining strip & optional sump connector. This can be further joined with other units to create unlimited bunded areas. The units can be joined together with plastic connectors to inter-link the sumps with the BF4 injection moulded mesh floor having a 2000kg static weight load & the BF2 mesh floor having a 1000kg weight load. Each unit comes with separate removable grids (3 total - BF4 2 & BF2 1). Optional ramps are available for easier decanting.

The sump will not include pre-drilled holes. Please see the ‘BF6 Configuration’ document for instructions.

You will require an appropriate size/capacity fork lift truck to offload this item from the delivery vehicle. Our standard delivery doesn’t include any offloading.

All sumps hold 110% of the capacity of the largest container or 25% of the total capacity stored, whichever is greater.

Each unit comes with 2 separate removable grids (4 total). Optional ramps are available for easier decanting.
