IBC Bund Pallets

An excellent addition to the safe storage of IBCs on your site. Manufactured from polyethylene this IBC spill pallet is light-weight and very durable. Removable decking is provided for easy cleaning and integral fork pockets mean it can be quickly and easily moved around your site.

This overflow/decanting tray is designed for use with IBC spill pallets BB1 and BB1C. It helps to prevent leaks and drips from reaching the floor or entering drains. Once full liquid from the overflow tray runs into the main sump for additional safety.

Manufactured from medium density polyethylene this robust spill pallet has 4-way fork lift access and an integral tray to catch drips from the IBC tap. The unit also comes complete with a removable plastic mesh deck, has broad range chemical compatibility and as you would expect fully complies with all the UK Oil Storage Regulations.

A Single IBC secondary containment spill pallet featuring an integral dispensing area to help reduce spills during filling and dispensing. Suitable for 1 x IBC this model has integral support columns as well as fork pockets for manoeuvrability. Please note there is also version available with a grid mesh.

This IBC spill pallet is fully compliant with the UK 110% bund regulation and is specifically designed for use with most common footprints of 1000ltr intermediate bulk containers (IBC). The integral support columns have been modified to accommodate a grid-mesh (optional) which should be used when working with an IBC with a metal pallet base; otherwise you can still sit the IBC directly onto the support columns. To the front of the spill pallet is a built-in 260mm deep decanting area which allows any leaks/drips to be contained within the sump and as you would expect the unit has broad range chemical compatibility.
