Slot-Fix Shelving

This bolt-free all steel shelving system is manufactured for us in the U.K. and is designed with ease of construction in mind whilst being extremely rigid.

There is unobstructed access from all sides and the unique adjustable shelf carrier gives a shelf load capacity off 150kgs UDL and an overall maximum bay load of 1000kgs.

All parts are powder coated RAL 7035 light grey and the complete assembly will only require a light tap together. Also available with chipboard shelves.

A standard kit will contain the following items:

Four Slot-Fix angle posts. They are not handed so can be used any way round.

Six Shelves. Two are used for the top and bottom and the balance for the intermediate shelf positions.

Four Short Beams for the unit depth. There are options to suit 305, 380, 460 and 610mm shelf panels.

Four Long Beams for the unit shelf width (sizes are nominal and refer to the size of the shelf used not the outside overall size.)

Shelf Carriers. These are adjustable on the 25mm pitch of the uprights and can be positioned to your requirements.

Slot-Fix Shelving is also available with 18mm chipboard shelves. Standard kits have 4 shelves with a carrying capacity of 250kgs per shelf.
