Plastic Pallets
Plastic Pallets are a serious business. You first have to decide how they are to be used. If you are going to use them on pallet racking with a load of a tonne or more you really have to go for the best there is - the market is very limited at this point.
If you are block stacking your pallets then there is much more scope but it is always advisable to go for a pallet with runners that will give greater stability.
If the pallets are to be used for unit loads and not stacked then go for the most economical possible usually with nine feet.
If your plastic pallets are to be used in a food processing environment then you have to look at the hygenic features of the pallet and ease of cleaning.
Here in the UK the most popular size is 1200 x 1000mm although many customers use the European 1200 x 800mm size. We are able to supply many other non-standard sizes from 600 x 400mm right up to 1300 x 1300mm.
